Reflection: I have never heard of a Voicethread before, but I can say that I thoroughly enjoyed using it. When I first looked at the example, I was sort of confused and thought that this would be similar to solving a rubix-cube, but that soon changed. I think making a voice thread is a fun activity, and it can be a good tool to use in the younger grades. Since most primary grades have story time, you could create a crazy fictional story teller voice and the students would never know it would be the teacher doing this. It would keep the students engaged and ready to listen to "storyman" everyday. Students could also use the voice-thread in the older grades because it will give them a chance to step outside their comfort zone and perform read-alouds. Overall this was a great learning experience.
